Introduction

The machine is suitable for automatic pressing of various inner plugs of various specifications of glass or plastic bottles. The whole machine is of rotary structure. The vacuum suction nozzle is used to suck various internal plugs transmitted from the scraper plate, and the internal plug is pressed in the process of bottle rotation.
The whole machine adopts PLC control and touch man-machine interface, which is convenient and intuitive to operate.

Process Flow

 

1. Plug sorting (vibrating type plug sorting, the front plug goes into the plug track, and the reverse plug is kicked back to the plug sorter)
2. Bottle feeding ( bottle feeding by screw)
3. Feed the inner plug (scrape the inner plug on the inner plug track into the inner plug grasping track by the inner plug scraper)
4. Plug suction (the vacuum suction nozzle sucks the inner plug on the track and is ready to press the inner plug)
5. Press the inner plug (start pressing the inner plug and star wheel disc position the bottle)
6. Bottle out (after pressing the inner plug, the bottle is discharged from the equipment by the bottle outlet star wheel)

3 .Based on safety production
The capping machine is equipped with bottle falling and bottle jamming detection switches. When bottle falls down or bottle jamming occurs, the equipment will stop automatically to avoid damaging bottle feeding twist or star wheel

 

All driving positions are equipped with clutch limit protection switches. When the bottle is stuck or the torque of the main shaft is overloaded, machine will automatically disengage and stop then alarm, so as to protect the equipment from damage and improve the service life. Other similar capping machines on the market do not have this function.

4. Humanized design:
Referring to the design structure of AROL (Krones special supporting supplier for capping) which is the world's top capping machine manufacturer, it is equipped with the mode of automatic motor lifting (touch screen or inching button) + semi-automatic handle lifting adjustment, and the adjustment specification is convenient and fast. At present, the similar capping machines on the market can only be adjusted manually, without automatic lifting function or use triangular belt drive, manual lifting needs power , so the adjustment is cumbersome.

5. Quick loading mold design, no tools are required for mold replacement, and mold engraving marks are carried out according to different bottle types. It is more convenient and fast to replace bottle type specifications, and the bottle type switching time can be shortened to 10 minutes.
6. No inner plug delay automatic shutdown protection function (when the inner plug photoelectric detector fails to detect the inner plug for a long time during operation,machine will automatically stop and give an alarm to ensure normal production).

7. Independent internal plug supply system and unique design. The reverse internal plug automatically flows back to the internal plug barrel to ensure that the delivered internal plugs are front plugs.
