GXT1000-4CK Fully automated visual searching filling and spinning machine
1. Introduction
This equipment adopts visual addressing method for barrel mouth positioning, highly automatic structure design, integrating cap unloading, filling and capping in one machine, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of operators and environmental pollution. It can meet the needs of automatic filling of many kinds of liquids, and can meet the filling of non-foaming and foaming liquids.
It adopts weighing method to monitor the current filling volume in real time and feedback to the controller, which outputs fast and slow filling control signals according to the set data to realize fast and accurate filling for larger filling specifications.

6. 200L -- Filling mode
A pallet of four empty barrels into the filling machine positioning, visual automatic search for the mouth to unload the cap, filling head automatic counterparts, filling head down, fast plus, slow plus, to the amount of shut-off valves, filling head rise, automatic search for the mouth of the cap, full barrels out, empty barrels into.
7. Tonne drum-- Filling mode
A pallet of single empty barrels into the filling machine positioning, visual automatic search for the mouth to unload the cap, filling head automatic counterparts, filling head down, fast plus, slow plus, to the amount of shut-off valve, filling head rise, automatic search for the mouth of the cap, full barrels out of the barrels, empty barrels into.
8. Advantage
8.1 High precision: Adopt weighing and filling system (American METTLER TOLEDO load cell) to ensure the high precision of filling and measuring.
8.2 Visual positioning and addressing: single barrel or a pallet of four barrels into the filling station, through the industrial camera to find the mouth to remove the cap, filling, capping.
8.3 Precise positioning: the horizontal and vertical translation and lifting of the filling head are controlled by servo motors to ensure the overall pass rate.
8.4 Wide applicability: the filling and capping adopts one-two structure, i.e. one filling head, one capping head for 200L drum and one capping head for ton drum, which can meet the requirements of each drum type.
8.5 No dripping: After the filling is completed, the liquid receiving cup automatically collects the residual material on the filling head to ensure that there is no dripping in the filling system.
8.6 Automatic sliding door: when the empty drum is conveyed on the drum roller, the sliding door will be opened automatically, and the empty drum will be conveyed to the automatic mouth-searching station.
8.7 Adopting fast and slow filling speed to ensure the metering accuracy without affecting the overall filling speed. With the module dive mechanism, it adopts filling on or under the liquid surface, suitable for the filling of non-foaming or slightly foaming materials.
8.8 The filling head adopts the alarm function of hitting the barrel, which reminds the field personnel to adjust in time; the capping head is designed with flexible buffer and self-positioning mouth-seeking, which effectively improves the capping pass rate.
8.9 The main machine is equipped with explosion-proof lighting, which is convenient for the personnel to work at night and meets the requirements of explosion-proof at the same time.
8.10 The whole machine adopts the latest Schneider electric control system, with stable control and relatively low energy consumption.
