1.Introduction

CZS-6B automatic weighing filling machine is the latest generation of improved weighing filling machine, suitable for liquid, emulsion, oil and other good fluidity, no foam packaging materials.
The whole machine is in-line structure, PLC control, touch man-machine interface, convenient and intuitive operation.

4.Features
4.1 It is widely used for the automatic weighing filling from 5-30L in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.



4.2 High precision: Each filling head is equipped with an independent weighing filling system (American TT METTLERTOLEDO weighing sensor) to ensure high precision of filling measurement.

4.3 The whole machine is branched from one main material box to 6 sub-material boxes, and the filling is completed by weighing, so the production capacity is higher (compared with the method of filling while weighing).


4.4 The filling head cylinder adopts multi-stage type, which can realize the change of filling volume in the filling process and improve the accuracy.


5.5 The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
