FXJ-1 Automatic Capping Machine
1.Introduction
FXJ-1 full-automatic capping machine adopts the design of turntable type cap management, hooking type cap supplying, and the way of caps being set into the capping head first before capping, which ensures the qualified rate of capping. By replacing different capping devices, it can realize various forms of capping of plastic screw cap, aluminum cap and press-in cap.
It is designed with flexible interchangeability, easy operation, and moreover, it can change different container capping operations in a short time. It can be used individually or in line production, and is suitable for automatic capping of general chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and cleaning products.

7.5 The main machine is equipped with a clutching mechanism at the transmission place (the picture below left), it will automatically clutch when there is bottle jamming or spindle torque overload, and stop the machine for alarm.
7.6 The bottle outlet is equipped with bottle hooking cylinder (right lower picture) to ensure smoothness and stability during operation.
