Working Process

Features:
1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1L-5L  oil and other related industries.



2. The filling unit uses piston off structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.
3. Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling. The synchronous belt will not break with embedded metal wire. At present, first-class packaging manufacturers are using this structure. Compared with similar products on the market, it adopts common motor + encoder and chain drive structure. After long time usage, the tensile chain will affect the filling accuracy and equipment stability.
4. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen. This will also avoid the foamy problem during filling.
5. The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.

6. The filling head with integral casting has good formability and longer service life.

7. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
