DXD-240A Automatic Horizontal Film Rolling and Bagging Machine

1. Introduction
This equipment contains motorized film release, bag forming, bag bottom sealing, vertical sealing, servo bag pulling, shearing, bag opening and filling, bag transferring, bag top sealing and other mechanisms. The coordinated action of each mechanism is completed by the cams on the spindle driven by the motor, and the position signal is fed back by the encoder on the spindle. Under the programmable control of PLC, it realizes the function of film rolling→bag forming→bag making→filling→sealing→finished product conveying, and finally cartoning or box loading is carried out by manpower.
The machine has reasonable design and novel appearance, adopts standard stripe sealing, and the replacement of filling machine can realize automatic filling of various materials such as powder, granule, suspending agent, emulsifying oil, water agent and so on on this machine. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good anticorrosive effect on the corrosive materials. Plexiglass cover prevents dust from leaking out, which is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

3.2 Safer production environment. The main configuration of the whole machine adopts Schneider electric system (PLC programmable controller, human-machine interface, servo system, frequency converter, switching power supply, etc.), which is safer, more reliable, more efficient, more environmentally friendly, and brings you more economical energy loss.

3.3 The whole frame of the machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance; the organic glass cover prevents the dust from leaking out, which is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

3.4 All the connecting rod parts of this machine are made of SUS304 stainless steel castings, which are strong and firm without deformation. Other manufacturers generally use welded connecting rods, which are easy to break and easily deformed

3.5 Universality of filling device. The equipment has reserved connectors for powder, water, viscosity, granule and other filling devices, and the software is also designed to be reserved, so that the user only needs to install the connectors when replacing the filling device, and then call the function in the touch screen to use it.  

3.6 Centralized operation control. The central control box is installed in the middle of the equipment, which is beautiful, generous and convenient for operation and maintenance, and workers do not need to run back and forth during operation, which can effectively improve work efficiency. It is equipped with independent operation button box, which has the functions of dose fine-tuning and pilot adjustment, making the operation more convenient.

3.7 Film replacement and bag catching device. When a roll of film is used up, there is no need to pull out the remaining roll of film on the equipment, just bond it with a new roll of film on this device and continue to start, reducing the loss of packaging materials. (This function is optional.)

3.8 Rhombic Tear.Adopting independent tearing mechanism, the cylinder drives the cutter to make reciprocating movement to achieve the tearing effect, easy to tear and beautiful, and its effect is far beyond the hot block tearing, and there is a debris collection device on the tearing device.
