1.Introduction
GX-16-12TS High Speed Follow Type Integrated Filling Capping Machine uses SUS304 frame with excellent corrosion resistance. Filling part is following type, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control and HMI operating panel. The performance has reached the highest level of similar models at home and abroad.
The critical parts of mechanical transmission has protection switch, if there is any abnormal situation during running, the machine will automatically stop and alarm, to protect the equipment from damage and improve the service life.

4. Features
4.1 High speed: capacity of 10,000 bottles/hour, one line can replace the original 2 or more production lines.
4.2 Small space occupation rate: for the same capacity, the space occupation rate used can be reduced by 50% and the efficiency can be improved by 50%
4.3 The machine adopts automatic following submerged filling mechanism, the product is filled during the moving process, which greatly reduces the stopping time of the whole filling process, and the filling head automatically reaches into the bottle for filling, no material overflow.
4.4 Quick-fit mold design, mold replacement without tools, and according to the different bottle type mold engraving logo, replacement of bottle specifications more convenient and quick, bottle type switching time is short.
4.5 High precision: the piston cylinder adopts 100ml capacity cylinder to ensure the filling precision of small dosage bottle.
4.6 High qualified rate of capping: the capping head adopts magnetic torque control design, the looseness and tightness of capping (capping torque) is adjustable and controllable, realizing that the torque of capping each bottle cap is the same size and the torque is stable. The capping pass rate is close to 100%. At the same time, there is no friction plate and other wearable consumables, reducing the cost of use. (This function is optional)
4.7 Equipped with online cap without aluminum foil detection device, no aluminum foil cap automatic detection and rejection, to ensure the qualified rate of finished products. (This function is optional)
4.8 The bottle feeding place is equipped with a switch for detecting inverted and jammed bottles, when there is an inverted or jammed bottle, the equipment will stop automatically to avoid damaging the twist or star wheel.
4.9 There are liquid collection tanks around the rack, which is convenient to collect and unify the sewage, and there is a dustproof cover on the top to meet the sanitary filling requirements.
4.10 Into and out of the bottle star wheel disk is equipped with overload protection, to protect the safety of equipment operation.
4.11 Door limit protection: the host is installed with a safety door door limit alarm device, normal production, open the door around, the host automatically alarm and shutdown. (This function is optional)
4.12 The whole machine electronic control system adopts French Schneider configuration, integrated electronic control system, more stable and reliable, safe, green, low energy consumption.
