FXG-1H Follow Type Capping Machine

1.Introduction
FXG-1H type follow type capping machine consists of capping and transferring mechanism, cap grabbing and capping mechanism, motion module, conveying mechanism and control system. The whole machine is simple in structure, easy to adjust, and suitable for automatic capping of 5-30L drums.
This equipment is newly developed by our company, and the capping action is completed during the moving process. It is different from the conventional capping machine, which needs to pause when capping, which will make the material shake out of the barrel mouth and pollute the barrel body. The machine capping without stopping, effectively avoiding the capping stop shaking liquid, to keep the barrel clean.

Suitable for 1-5L all kinds of round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles with automatic capping and screwing.
7.Advantage
7.1 Saving labor: following capping, capping process without stopping, without shaking liquid, without contaminating the bottle mouth, bottle body and conveyor belt, ensuring the qualified rate of aluminum foil sealing.
