7.Advantage
7.2 Adopting following capping method controlled by motion module controller, stable operation, high precision and high capacity.
7.3 Adopting servo motor controlled belt bottle dividing, which makes the barrel positioning more accurate and ensures high capping pass rate.
7.4 No wearing parts: replacement of specifications only requires replacement of cap gripping head of different specifications, which can be completed in 15 minutes.
7.5 Fast machine adjustment, 15 minutes to complete the specification switch: conventional capping machine needs at least 0.5-1 hour to adjust the specification. Electrical adjustment can be completed by one key, set directly in the touch screen.
