1.Introduction
GX-12-6B Automatic Integrated Filling Capping Machine, filling part is driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, all the operations can be done in the touch screen. Capping part is making up with cap supply, cap scratch, pressing, clamping and conveyor.
The machine has compact structure, small occupation area, integrated filling and capping in one, SUS304 frame and toughened glass door cover which is more safe, environmental-friendly and easy for cleaning.

5.1 It is widely used for the automatic filling and screw capping from 20-100ml in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
