GX-12-6B Integrated Filling Capping Machine
1. Introduction
GX-12-6B Automatic Integrated Filling Capping Machine, filling part is driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, all the operations can be done in the touch screen. Capping part is making up with cap supply, cap scratch, pressing, clamping and conveyor.
The machine has compact structure, small occupation area, integrated filling and capping in one, SUS304 frame and toughened glass door cover which is more safe, environmental-friendly and easy for cleaning.

3. Advanced Features
3.1. Jinwang uses Schneider PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.3.2. 100ml pistons make sure the filling precision of small volume.
3.3. The screw cap part has good versatility, convenient adjustment and economical application without extra format. The latest capping wheel material will not make any damage to the caps. The molding clamping belts are durable.
