Introduction
It is mainly composed of storage bin, feeding device, load sensor, scale bucket and double bucket opening mechanism. The weight required is manually set through the control interface. After the start button is turned on, the feeding device sends the product from the storage bin to the bucket with sensor. After quickly reaching the set weight value, the products is discharged by the bucket opening mechanism and continue to the next round of weighing.

1. The whole machine is made of SUS304, product contact parts are mirror polished to meet the requirements of high quality.

4. Friendly man-machine interface, one key operation. All working parameters can be automatically tracked and corrected. Only one parameter of product specification needs to be set when changing different products. Programmable weighing controller, stable, reliable and highly intelligent.
5. Support remote control and networking functions. Data statistics functions such as single package weight, cumulative quantity, product qualification rate and weight deviation can be developed and uploaded. It is written by MODBUS communication protocol, which is very convenient for networked DCS.
6. Support up to 99 groups of recipe data storage and one key pressing to use recipe data.
