1.Introduction

CDP-16A Micro-Computer Filling Machine is Suitable for filling oral liquid and other materials with good fluidity. 5.6 The feed pipe is equipped with a detachable filter-screen to prevent the filling valve from affecting the filling accuracy and the service life of the valve due to impurities. In addition to the normal working liquid level control for liquid level detection, high and low liquid level detection and sound and light alarm devices are added to prevent abnormal liquid level.


5.7 The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, which has good anti-corrosion performance. The outer cover of stainless steel and tempered glass door cover seals the machine body, which is better adapted to the agrochemical production environment. The reserved air outlet above the filling head has a diameter of Φ (120mm), which can be connected to the factory's air induction system to discharge the waste gas generated during the filling process.
