1. Introduction
 
CCG1000-16TH Automatic Piston Filling Machine is the latest generation of improved volume filling machine, which is suitable for the packaging of various water agents, disinfectant, oral liquid and high viscosity products. Whole machine is of in-line structure, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, human-machine interface, and the whole machine is easy to operate. The whole machine adopts high-speed shape, strong sense of science and technology. High precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system is selected to make dose adjustment more convenient and quick.

5. Working Process

Before Filling


1 Bottle in counting (Automatically inspecting quantity of bottles).
2 Bottle out block (Block out to position packing material).
3 Bottle in block (Block out to stop bottle in).
4 Bottle block (Bottle block is out to block the neck of bottle).

Filling


5 Diving filling (Motor diving Nozzle dives to the bottom of bottles to fill).
6 Raise after finishing (Nozzle raises after material to the end).

After Filling


7 Back to starting (After finishing, nozzle is back to starting.
8 Bottle out block (Bottle out block is back and finished products. Is conveyed to next position).
9 Bottle in block (Bottle in block is back, empty packing material is conveyed to filling position).
10 Back and forth to finish filling.

6. Features

6.1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 50-1000ml in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.


6.2. The whole machine adopts a high-speed rail appearance, with real-time display of operating status (data), beautiful and elegant, strong sense of technology, and high grade.


6.3. The filling unit uses piston off structure, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.


6.4. Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling. The synchronous belt adopts embedded metal steel wire that will not break.


6.5. The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.


6.6. The machine uses France Schneider components, central control system which is stable, safe, green and low consumption of energy.


6.7. The filling system adopts a dedicated three-way angle seat valve, stainless steel valve body, strong corrosion resistance, durability, and German industrial standard. It has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, reliable sealing, no product leakage for a long time, saving maintenance costs.

6.8. Casting SUS316 filling heads which can be used for a long time.

6.9. Filling head quick adjustment and equipped with calibration mark, adjustment without tools, convenient and fast. Air pipe and photoelectric are labeled with name, which is convenient to maintain and repair.

6.10. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.

6.11. Electric scale weight feedback system, volume adjusting can be done by pressing one key in the touch screen. (Optional function)

6.12. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
