Introduction
The machine integrates bottle feeding, cap sorting, cap screwing and bottle discharging. It adopts cap grasping, positioning and cap screwing. The whole machine is of rotary structure. In the process of capping, there is no bottle damage and capping damage. The capping efficiency is high, the qualified rate is high, the operation is stable and the application range is wide, which can be comparable with similar foreign products.
The machine is applicable to the automatic screwing of various outer covers of various specifications of glass or plastic bottles. The cap grabber is used to grasp various caps transported from the cap scraping plate, and the cap screwing is completed in the process of bottle rotation. 1. Cap sorting (rotary table type cap sorting, front cap goes into cap falling groove, reversed cap will be kicked back to cap sorter)
2. Bottle feeding (Screw is used to separate bottles and feed bottles)
3. Cap feeding (the caps on the cap feeding frame are scraped into the grabbing track by the cap scraping disc)
4. Grab the cap (grab the cap on the track and prepare to screw)
5. Screw the cap (start to screw the cap, belt stops the rotation of the bottle, and star wheel disc positions the bottle)
6. Bottle discharging (after capping, the bottle is discharged from the equipment by the bottle discharging star wheel)
It is widely used in automatic capping of 50-1000ml bottles in pesticide, veterinary medicine, fine chemical industry, daily chemical industry, fertilizer, oil and other industries.
1. Good effect

2. Digitization
In order for the production manager to master the production data and operation of the equipment in time, the equipment is equipped with three-color light strips, green means machine running, blue means machine standby and red means alarm.

The corresponding claw head is selected for different cap types, which is also suitable for anti-theft cap.

5. Quick loading mold design, no tools are required for mold replacement. Moreover, the mold engraving identification is carried out according to different bottle types, the replacement of bottle type specifications is more convenient and fast, and the bottle type switching time is short.
6. Based on safety production
The capping machine is equipped with bottle falling and bottle jamming detection switches. When bottle falls down or bottle jamming occurs, the equipment will stop automatically to avoid damaging bottle feeding twist or star wheel.
All driving positions are equipped with clutch limit protection switches. When the bottle is stuck or the torque of the main shaft is overloaded, machine will automatically disengage and stop then alarm, so as to protect the equipment from damage and improve the service life. Other similar capping machines on the market do not have this function.
