5.5 The feed pipe is equipped with a detachable filter-screen to prevent the filling valve from affecting the filling accuracy and the service life of the valve due to impurities. In addition to the normal working liquid level control for liquid level detection, high and low liquid level detection and sound and light alarm devices are added to prevent abnormal liquid level.


5.6 The filling machine does not fill when there is a shortage of bottles. At the same time, the filling machine is equipped with coordinated photoelectric devices on the back side. When the bottle is blocked due to poor bottle output, it automatically pauses the bottle output and achieves linkage function with the rear equipment.

5.7 The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.

5.8 The connection part of the material box adopts a quick installation connection, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The manual ball valve is made of 316 material, which has a longer service life.
