GX-16-8H Type Filling and Spinning Integrated Machine
1. Introduction
GX-16-8H Filling and Spinning Machine is an in-line structure. The filling part adopts servo motor-driven following dive filling and volumetric metering filling principle, which realizes high speed and high precision of filling.
The capping part is integrated with bottle feeding, capping, capping and bottle discharging, and adopts cap grasping and positioning for capping, which has no injury to bottles and caps in the process of capping, and has high capping efficiency, high passing rate and smooth operation.

5. Work Process

6. Advantage

6.3 Fast speed: Adopting automatic following submerged filling method, the product completes filling in the process of moving, which greatly reduces the stopping time in the whole filling process, and the filling head automatically reaches into the bottle for filling, without material overflow.
6.4 Dual servo motors drive the filling mechanism to move up, down, left and right to ensure the consistency of the filling process without stopping.
6.5 High filling precision: Jinwang adopts PLC programming control, servo motor-driven synchronous belt + drive stable screw lifting mechanism, which ensures high precision of piston movement stroke and realizes accurate filling.
6.6 Filling machine material box bottom arc design, to ensure that the material discharge clean, no dead ends, no accumulation of material.
6.7 Anti-Cross-Pollution: The filling unit adopts the structure of stripping cylinder, which can completely empty the material in the cylinder, effectively avoiding the cross-pollution of the material.
6.8 High quality: the screw cap increases the function of submerged nitrogen filling, isolating the materials in the bottle and contact with the air, prolonging the shelf life of the product. (This function is optional)
6.9 High qualified rate of capping: capping adopts the form of gripper with adjustable magnetic torque to ensure that the finished product torque is up to standard.
6.10 Fast switching: the screw cap adopts quick-fit mold design, mold replacement without tools, replacement of specifications is more convenient and fast.
