GXJ-8H-2J Veterinary Medicine Filling and Spinning Mach
1. Introduction
This machine is a fully automatic filling and rotating machine, the filling part adopts servo motor drive and volumetric metering filling principle, which realizes the high precision of filling dosage. The filling process is under PLC program control; the capping part is composed of cap supply system, cap release system, bottle delivery system and capping system.
The whole machine has a compact structure, covers a small area, integrates filling and capping in one machine, with 304 stainless steel frame, toughened glass door cover, and circular arc material box structure, which is safe, environmentally friendly, and conforms to the requirements of GMP production.

5.Advantage
5.1 Widely used in various industries 100-500ml bottle automatic filling, capping production, applicability, high production efficiency.
5.2 The whole machine electronic control system adopts French Schneider configuration, integrated electronic control system, more stable and reliable, safe, green, low energy consumption.
5.3 Internal cam drive: the main drive and the main components are designed as cam drive, the overall operation of the equipment is highly stable.
5.4 Double rows filling: eight heads with double rows of discharging nozzles, high filling efficiency and reduce the width of the equipment.
5.5 Check valve: Replace the three-way valve and discharging valve with check valve, fast response speed.
5.6 A key off the cylinder: filling unit using the cylinder structure, can completely empty the material cylinder, to avoid cross-contamination of materials, easy and quick disassembly.
5.7 Circular arc material box: smooth inner wall, no dead angle, easy to clean, in line with GMP production requirements.
5.8 Double channel cap conveyor: only one cap conveyor can supply double channel cap conveyor at the same time, which has high cap conveyor efficiency and occupies small space.
