1.Introduction
The DGD-180BJ fully automatic horizontal bagging machine is independently developed by our company. With more than ten years of experience and accumulation from industry customers, we have created a stable and reliable intelligent packaging equipment.
The integrated programmable control system is used to realize the automation of the process from bag taking → bag opening → inspection → filling → sealing → finished product. The machine has a reasonable design and novel appearance. By replacing the filler, the machine can automatically fill various materials such as powders (powders, premixes), granules, etc. The overall 304 stainless steel frame with glass door cover has good sealing performance.

5.Advantage
5.1 This equipment is mainly used for the production of various types of premade bag products. The packaging is beautiful and well-formed, with almost no waste of packaging materials and materials.
5.2 Effective dust isolation: overall closed frame, glass door cover + dust isolation cover (dust isolation is used from the bag opening station to the sealing station to control dust in the filling area); at the same time, an optional high-power dust collector can be used to reduce Amount of dust.
5.3 Dust isolation after bag removal; Dust isolation before sealing.
5.4 Dust the bag mouth before sealing to remove dust from the bag mouth to ensure the sealing effect.
5.5 The front production area of the bagging machine can be rinsed directly. After rinsing, it is equipped with an air blow function for quick drying.
5.6 Cost saving: Unique mechanical bag opening detection function, no bag opening, no filling, no heat sealing, the bag can be reused, no waste of materials. Do not cut materials to avoid the generation of a large amount of dust. It is more effective than the general mold type bag opening device.
5.7 Material blanking and solidification mechanism: The air in the material can be discharged during filling, so that the material can be effectively filled to the bottom of the bag to ensure the bagging rate of the material.
5.8 Automatic mechanical bag taking device, automatically takes bags and places them on the conveyor belt.
Ensure that the product will not be skewed during transportation and improve the pass rate of automatic collection of QR codes in subsequent processes. At the same time, it also cooperates with the conveyor belt to realize the automatic bag taking, counting and conveying function, ensuring that the quantity will not go out during manual packing and reducing the work intensity of personnel.
