1. Introduction
The LP-300H automatic bottle unscrambler consists of a bottle loading machine, a bottle unscrambler turntable, a bottle reject component, a bottle unscrambler component, an inverted bottle reject component and an electrical box. 3. Features of 50-1000ml automatic bottle unscrambler
3.1. Molds do not needed when you change different size. What you need to do is to change the quantity of belts in rotary plate and to adjust the distance between different unscrambling parts. You can adjust the distance between belts by adjusting crank. Hand cranking and scaling are convenient.
3.2. Opening overturning+Opening blowing to make sure there is no impurity inside.
3.3 Bottle loading (bottle enters the bottle unscrambler turntable through the bottle loading machine)
a. Bottle delivery (the round turntable sends the bottles to the unscramble station, and the belt in the turntable can be used for different bottle diameters by increasing or decreasing the belt in the turntable)
b. Kick the bottle (reject the overlapping bottles to facilitate bottle sorting)
c. Hook bottle (use the bottle hook device to stand the bottle hook upright with the bottle mouth facing forward)
d. Stand up the bottle (use the bottle stand up mechanism to erect the bottle with the bottom of the bottle facing forward)
e. Bottle Feeding out(the upright bottle is transported to the filling station through the conveyor belt)
f. Rejection of inverted bottles (detection of inverted bottles through photoelectric, and automatic rejection of inverted bottles into the upper bottle hopper by the mechanical inverting device)
4. Advanced Features

4.4.When changing different bottle size, you do not need to change anything, you only need to change the belt in the bottle hopper and adjust the space of the unscrambling structure. And it is applied to 50-1000ml bottle.
4.5.The bottle loading machine adopts a new mechanism, and the bottle opening is widened to ensure the efficiency of bottle loading. The turntable is enlarged to make full use of the enlarged bottle-dropping slot space to ensure the bottle-feeding speed.
4.6Coordination sensor, it will stop bottle unscrambling when there is jam of the other sections of the filling line, it will start again when the jam is cleared. It will have the perfect linkage with the other sections of the filling line.
4.7. Automatic bottle loading function: only need to pour the bottle into the bottle filling machine, the turntable is equipped with detection photoelectric, realize the automatic filling of the bottle when the bottle is insufficient, and stop the bottle feeding when the bottle is enough. The bottle feeding machine automatically alarms without any manual labor intervention.
4.8. Equipped with inverted bottle removal device, when bottle fall down, the photoelectric sensor will detects the inverted bottles, it will kicks the bottle back to the bottle collection bucket, without human intervention.
