1. Introduction
CCG1000-20TJ Automatic Piston Filling Machine is the latest generation of improved volume filling machine, which is suitable for the packaging of various water agents and high viscosity products. Whole machine is of in-line structure, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, human-machine interface, and the whole machine is easy to operate. The whole machine adopts arc frame, which is beautiful and generous. High precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system is selected to make dose adjustment more convenient and quick.

5. Working Process

Before filling
5.1 Bottle in counting (Automatically inspecting quantity of bottles).

5.2 Bottle out block (Block out to position packing material).
5.3 Bottle in block (Block out to stop bottle in).
5.4 Bottle block (Bottle block is out to block the neck of bottle).

Filling
5.5 Diving filling (Motor diving Nozzle dives to the bottom of bottles to fill).
5.6 Diving filling (Motor diving Nozzle dives to the bottom of bottles to fill).

After filling
5.7 Back to starting (After finishing, nozzle is back to starting.
5.8 Bottle out block (Bottle out block is back and finished products. Is conveyed to next position).
5.9 Bottle in block (Bottle in block is back, empty packing material is conveyed to filling position).
5.10 Back and forth to finish filling.

6. Advantage
6.1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 50-1000ml in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.

Filling valve adopts bottom-sealing structure to avoid residue in connection thread and valve sealing part, which is easy for cleaning and can effectively reduce residue.

6.6. Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.

6.7. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.

6.8. Filling head quick adjustment and equipped with calibration mark, adjustment without tools, convenient and fast. Air pipe and photoelectric are labeled with name, which is convenient to maintain and repair.

6.9. The machine uses France Schneider components, central control system which is stable, safe, green and low consumption of energy.

6.10. Electric scale weight feedback system, volume adjusting can be done by pressing one key in the touch screen. (Optional function)

6.11. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment.
