Product Description

Introduction

FXZ-6J in-line capping machine includes cap sorting barrel and cap groove, bottle clamping transmission mechanism and capping wheel transmission mechanism. When the bottle moves horizontally under the action of the bottle clamping belt, it completes the actions of scraping, cap pressing and rubbing the cap. It is suitable for the cap rubbing of round bottles and flat bottles (POTS) of various materials.
The whole machine has simple structure and convenient adjustment. When changing the bottle type, there is no need to change accessories, just adjust it.

Process Flow

 

1. Cap sorting (cap sorting by rotary table, front cap goes into cap falling groove, reverse cap will be kicked back to cap sorter)
2. Bottle feeding (before entering the capping station, use the belt to clamp the bottle and feed the bottle separately)
3. Scrape the cap (scraping the cap at the bottle mouth to fix the cap)
4. Screw cap (use 3 groups of wheels to screw the cap)
5. Bottle out (after capping, the bottle out of the equipment)
