1.Introduction

CZS20-6B automatic weighing filling machine is the latest generation of improved weighing filling machine, suitable for liquid, emulsion, oil and other good fluidity, no foam packaging materials.

5.Features
5.1 The control system uses France Schneider, the integrated control system is more stable, safe, green and low energy consumption, which is 20% lower than other brands.




5.2 High precision: Each filling head is equipped with an independent weighing filling system (American TT METTLERTOLEDO weighing sensor) to ensure high precision of filling measurement.


5.3 The whole machine is branched from one main material box to 6 sub-material boxes, and the filling is completed by weighing, so the production capacity is higher (compared with the method of filling while weighing).

5.4 The filling head cylinder adopts multi-stage type, which can realize the change of filling volume in the filling process and improve the accuracy.


5.5 A separate air reservoir ensures the stability of the operation of the equipment.


5.6  It can be equipped with vacuum suction device, prevent filling head leakage, ensure filling accuracy and reduce bucket mouth pollution. While visual liquid level display, convenient to observe the recovery tank liquid level. (This function is optional).


5.7 Quick adjustment of filling head adopts manual handle, adjustment without tools, convenient and fast. Gas pipe and photoelectric label name, convenient maintenance and overhaul.


5.8 The pipe butt joint adopts quick-fit connection, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
