Process Flow
1. Bagging
The operator puts the bag on the bag clamping mechanism of the packaging machine, and then press the bag clamping switch on the bag clamping mechanism, and the bag clamping mechanism automatically clamps the bag.
2. Peel
When the packaging machine is started, the packaging machine automatically tare the weighing frame, that is, the packaging machine starts from zero every time.
3. Fast Feeding
When the peeling is completed, the packaging machine automatically fast and slow feeding mechanism to carry out fast feeding. When the weight of the material in the packaging bag is equal to the fast feeding amount manually set in the instrument, the fast feeding ends.
4. Slow Feeding
When the fast feeding is over, the packaging machine automatically performs slow feeding. When the weight of the material slowly fed into the packaging bag is equal to the target amount manually set in the instrument, the slow feeding ends, the whole feeding process ends, and the packaging machine stops automatically.
5. Automatic Pumping
When the feeding and weighing is completed, the nano-pumping rod is inserted into the bag and the material is instantly pumped for about 3 seconds. After the pumping is completed, the suction rod is returned to its upward position. At the same time, the instantaneous reverse blowing is 1 second, and the powder attached to the suction rod is blown off.
6. Loose Bags
After the feeding process is over, the packaging bag automatically falls on the conveyor for sewing.
