Product Description

1. Introduction
CCG5000-4G Automatic Trace Piston Filling Machine is suitable for filling various types of water and high viscosity liquids. It is driven by a servo motor to extract and dispense materials through a piston and a corner seat three-way valve. The filling stroke is controlled by adjusting the pulse signal of the servo motor to adjust the filling amount. Adopting a tracking filling method, it is compatible with various specifications of bottle types and can be filled during bottle movement. This machine can store parameters and can be directly called during subsequent production changes, which is convenient and fast, improving production efficiency.

4.Advanced Features
1,The material box design adopts a U-shaped design without dead corners, which can facilitate customers to clean more varieties and meet GMP requirements
2,The feeding pipe adopts food grade hoses, which comply with food hygiene requirements. The filling valve adopts a self-designed valve to ensure no dripping during filling.

3,Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.
4,The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.
5,Casting SUS316 filling heads which can be used for a long time.
6,The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
