1.Introduction

CZ-4Y Fixed Quantity Weight Filling Machine , by linear arrangement of weighing platform (with roller), chain push rod in and out of the barrel mechanism, fast/slow filling mechanism, barrel, weighing control instrument and programmable control unit.
The liquid filling scale can meet the needs of automatic weighing and filling of various liquids.

5.3 Designed for the oil industry blanking nozzle, blanking faster and more stable.

5.4 The control system uses France Schneider, the integrated control system is more stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.

5.5The machine uses fast & slow filling valve, it effectively ensures the high precision of filling measurement


5.6  Liquid tray that controlled by individual cylinders is installed under the filling nozzles. The external placed PTFE plugs can make sure the drops will not leak out of the bottle after the filling head is closed.
