DXZ-160 Injection Filling Machine
1. Introduction
The whole machine includes automatic film releasing, film forming (V-shape), film pulling, preheating, cavity forming, cooling, filling, top sealing, caching, shearing, etc. The filling part adopts servo-motor drive and volumetric measurement filling principle, which realizes the high precision of filling dosage.
Under the PLC program control, all operations are completed only on the touch screen;
the overall framework of 304 stainless steel, tempered glass door cover, safer and more environmentally friendly and easy to clean.

6. Advantages
6.1 Widely used in pesticide, pharmaceutical, food and other industries 2-50mL injection molding automatic filling. It can replace the production line of ampoule, syringes, small size bottles, etc. with low cost and high efficiency. The whole machine can be operated by only 1 person.
6.2 The whole machine electronic control system adopts French Schneider configuration, integrated electronic control system, more stable, reliable, safe and low energy consumption.
6.3 Traction device: It adopts mechanical cam mechanism for driving, which is stable, safe and reliable. The traction shaft is equipped with a color-coded detection function, which can be automatically adjusted according to the deviation of the film level (this function is patented by Jinwang) to improve the quality of the products.
6.4 Temperature control integrated module: real-time monitoring of temperature changes, operation at a glance. Thus effectively control the heat sealing mechanism to ensure product molding, sealing reliability so that the packaging products are good to use and look good.
6.5 Automatic film release: The coil is unfolded by the automatic film release device, and then folded into a V-shape before entering the thermoforming area. When changing the film, only one button operation is needed, and all the mechanisms of the equipment are opened, which improves the efficiency of film changing. The machine is equipped with a lack of film detection alarm function, which can effectively remind the operator to change the film.
6.6 Pre-forming and cavity forming: the mold is made of aviation aluminum with special surface treatment, featuring high strength and corrosion resistance, light weight and durability.
6.7 Chiller: the use of Japan's original imported SMC deep cooler thermostat circulating fluid temperature control device, frequency conversion technology to use more energy-saving! Membrane molding due to the membrane inside the hot outside the cold causes membrane molding failure, this device in the membrane molding after the use of cooling plate cooling quickly to make the membrane molding, to ensure that the product is beautiful.
6.8 The use of linkage mechanism + servo control piston ensures the filling accuracy, the piston ring is designed as a quick-disassembly structure, which is easy to disassemble and clean, and the filling machine is equipped with a cache box, and with liquid level detection.
6.9 Caching station: Servo caching device is equipped with cutting table, which can cut the products according to the demand of cartoning, and each section of the product is cut in vain. The caching station is reserved for coding function, which can be coded according to the demand of products.
