1. Introduction
CDP30-6E Micro-computer Filling Machine is suitable for packing material with good fluidity. It uses vertical structure with constant liquid level and time which realize the precise filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation.

5. Working Process
Before Filling
1 Bottle in counting (Automatically inspecting quantity of bottles).
2 Bottle out block (Block out to position packing material).
3 Bottle in block (Block out to stop bottle in).
4 Bottle block (Bottle block is out to block the neck of bottle).
Filling
5 Diving filling (Motor diving Nozzle dives to the bottom of bottles to fill).
6 Raise after finishing (Nozzle raises after material to the end).
After Filling
7 Back to starting (After finishing, nozzle is back to starting.
8 Bottle out block (Bottle out block is back and finished products. Is conveyed to next position).
9 Bottle in block (Bottle in block is back, empty packing material is conveyed to filling position).
10 Back and forth to finish filling.

6. Advantage
6.1. Good corrosion performance, suitable for automatic filling of corrosive liquid with good fluidity.
6.2. The external frame, material box, feed pipe, conveying frame, filling head, liquid level detection, valve, knife retaining seat and so on are made of anti-corrosion PP material with good anti-corrosion performance.
6.3. Liquid accumulation tank, cylinder block knife, actuator transition parts, filling head lifting parts, photoelectric bracket, threading pipe, exhaust pipe with Spray Teflon Treatment, anti-corrosion performance.
6.4. Independent electrical box design, toughened glass door cover to seal the machine body, the air exhaust system above the filling head, its interface can be connected with the factory's induced air system to discharge waste gas generated during the filling process, which is safer and environmentally friendly.
6.5. The filling head uses the air cylinder diving filling method, which can reduce the foam of the foaming material and prevent the contamination of the bottle mouth caused by the overflow of the material.
6.6. The Electric Control System Adopts Schneider configuration, Integrated Electric Control System, more stable and reliable, safe and green, low energy consumption.
6.7. The name of the Trachea and photo electricity mark on the equipment, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.
6.8. Multi-channel intelligent detection system
6.8.1 In addition to normal working liquid level control, high and low liquid level detection and sound and light alarm devices are added to prevent abnormal liquid level.
6.8.2 The air pressure of SMC in Japan is tested. When the air pressure is lower than the set value, the equipment alarms and stops automatically.
