CDP-12A Micro-Computer Filling Machine
1. Introduction
CDP-12A Micro-computer Filling Machine is suitable for packing ES, SC material with good fluidity. It uses vertical structure with constant liquid level and time which realize the precise filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation. The machine is equipped with electric scale weight feedback system which makes the volume adjust easier.

5. Working Process
Before Filling
1 Bottle in counting (Automatically inspecting quantity of bottles)
2 Bottle out block (Block out to position packing material)
3 Bottle in block (Block out to stop bottle in)
4 Bottle block (Bottle block is out to block the neck of bottle)
Filling
5 Diving filling (Motor diving. Nozzle dives to the bottom of bottles to fill)
6 Raise after finishing (Nozzle raises after material to the end)
After Filling
7 Back to starting (After finishing, nozzle is back to starting
8 Bottle out block (Bottle out block is back and finished products is conveyed to next position)
9 Bottle in block (Bottle in block is back, empty packing material is conveyed to filling position)
10 Back and forth to finish filling.
Advantage

6.6. The feed pipe is equipped with a detachable filter screen to prevent the filling valve from affecting the filling accuracy and service life of the valve due to impurities. In addition to normal working liquid level control, high and low liquid level detection and sound light.alarm devices are added to prevent abnormal liquid level.
6.7. The filling machine does not fill bottles without bottles. At the same time, the filling machine and the rear side are equipped with coordinated photoelectric devices. When the bottle is blocked, it will automatically suspend the bottle discharge, and realize the linkage function with the rear equipment.
6.8. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, which has good anti-corrosion performance. The outer cover of stainless steel and tempered glass door cover seals the machine body, which is better adapted to the agrochemical production environment. The reserved air outlet above the filling head has a diameter of Φ (120mm), which can be connected to the factory's air induction system to discharge the waste gas generated during the filling process.
