Introduction
DGD-280AJ Automatic Horizontal Pouch Packing Machine is our newly developed online weighing bagging machine. Under the programmable control of the PLC, the function of bag removal → bag opening → detection → filling → sealing → finished product is realized .It adopts SUS304 arc-shaped frame and tempered glass door cover, with a complete dust removal system, which is suitable for packaging production of various prefabricated bag products.

There is a trapezoidal water tank at the bottom of the whole machine, and the water outlet is connected to the sewage pipe, which makes cleaning and drainage more convenient.
Effective dust isolation: overall closed frame, glass door cover + dust isolation cover (dust isolation is adopted from bag opening station to sealing station to control the dust in the filling area); At the same time, high-power dust collector can be selected to reduce the amount of dust.
Diving and blanking + bag dusting: for materials with large dust, a fully closed blanking mechanism can be selected. When sealing, a bag dusting mechanism is used to remove the dust at the bag mouth to ensure the sealing effect.
