1.Introduction
The main machine has a patented high-speed rail appearance, real-time data display, and the latest Industry 4.0 intelligent packaging machine.
The DGD-220BK fully automatic horizontal bagging machine includes bag taking mechanism, bag opening mechanism, blowing mechanism, filling mechanism, heat sealing, cold sealing and shaping and other mechanisms. The coordinated actions of each mechanism are completed through the mechanical linkage and cam structure, and the position signal is fed back by the encoder on the main shaft. Under the programmable control of PLC, the functions of bag taking → bag opening → detection → filling → sealing → finished product are realized .
It adopts SUS304 stainless steel arc-shaped frame and tempered glass door cover, and is equipped with a complete dust removal system. It is suitable for the packaging production of various types of premade bag products.
