FXG-1H Follow Type Capping Machine
1.Introduction
FXG-1H type follow type capping machine consists of capping and transferring mechanism, cap grabbing and capping mechanism, motion module, conveying mechanism and control system. The whole machine is simple in structure, easy to adjust, and suitable for automatic capping of 5-30L drums.
This equipment is newly developed by our company, and the capping action is completed during the moving process. It is different from the conventional capping machine, which needs to pause when capping, which will make the material shake out of the barrel mouth and pollute the barrel body. The machine capping without stopping, effectively avoiding the capping stop shaking liquid, to keep the barrel clean.

5.Working Process
1 Lid management (turntable type lid management, positive lid into the drop lid groove, negative lid kicked back to the lid management device)
2 into the barrel (before entering the corkscrew, using a belt to clamp the barrel into the barrel by barrel)
3 Grab the lid (using three claws to grab the lid ready to spin)
4 Spinning (the barrel does not stop, the grasping tool follows the barrel while spinning action)
5 Discharge the drum (the drum will be discharged from the equipment when the capping is completed).
6.Applicable barrel type
6.1 Suitable for 1-5L all kinds of round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles with automatic capping and screwing.
7.Advantage
7.1 Saving labor. following capping, capping process without stopping, without shaking liquid, without contaminating the bottle mouth, bottle body and conveyor belt, ensuring the qualified rate of aluminum foil sealing. (Bottle in the process of moving to complete the capping action, no shaking liquid, no splash material)
7.2 Adopting following capping method controlled by motion module controller, stable operation, high precision and high capacity.
7.3 Adopting servo motor controlled belt bottle dividing, which makes the barrel positioning more accurate and ensures high capping pass rate.
7.4 No wearing parts: replacement of specifications only requires replacement of cap gripping head of different specifications, which can be completed in 15 minutes.
7.5 Fast machine adjustment, 15 minutes to complete the specification switch. conventional capping machine needs at least 0.5-1 hour to adjust the specification. Electrical adjustment can be completed by one key, set directly in the touch screen.
7.6 High-end electronic control system. the whole machine electrical components and electric drive components all adopt imported brands, stable and efficient.
