1.Introduction
The JW-VP520 full-automatic vertical packaging machine adopts a Mitsubishi PLC full-computer control system and a human-machine interface with an extra-large touch screen, featuring simple operation. It utilizes servo film pulling, ensuring precise positioning and accurate bag dimensions. More than 95% of the entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel. The film conveying frame has an ultra-thick design of 10mm, which makes the film conveying more stable and less likely to deviate. This machine is equipped with an advanced automatic deviation correction function, replacing manual deviation correction.
