Introduction

DXD-180D Automatic Horizontal Pouch Packing Machine includes motor film release, bag forming, bag bottom sealing, vertical sealing, servo bag pulling, shearing, bag opening and filling, bag transfer, bag top sealing and other mechanisms. The motor drives each cam on the main shaft to complete the coordinated action of each mechanism, and the encoder on the main shaft feeds back the position signal. Under the programmable control of PLC, the functions of film roll →bag forming →bag making → filling → sealing → finished product conveying are realized, and the full-automatic production of film roll bag packaging is realized.
The machine has professional design and novel appearance. It adopts standard stripe sealing and changes the filler. It can realize the automatic filling of powder,granule, suspending agent, emulsion, water agent and other materials on the machine. The whole machine is made of SUS304, which has good anti-corrosion effect on highly corrosive materials. Plexiglass cover prevents dust leakage, which is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

2. Safer production environment

2.2. Multiple safety protection (SUNX color mark detection, Japan SMC vacuum generator, air source processor with air pressure detection and power phase sequence protector) to ensure the stability and reliability of machine operation to the greatest extent.

2.3. To prevent stickings on the hot parts of the machine after long-term use, special spraying shall be adopted on the surfaces of bottom seal, vertical seal, top seal and other parts to avoid the above situation.
 

3. Good material
3.1.The frame of the whole machine is made of SUS304  with excellent corrosion resistance; Plexiglass cover prevents dust leakage, which is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.

3.2. All connecting rod parts of the machine are made of SUS304 casting, which has strong firmness and no deformation. Other manufacturers generally use welded connecting rods, which are easy to break and deform.
 

4.Universality of filling device
