LP-200E Automatic Bottle Unscrambler Machine
1. Introduction
LP-200E Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is making up of the bottle bucket, unscrambling plate , bottle reject opponent, bottle-stand-up hook, air rejection device, and detection device as well as the electric cabinet.
A large quantity of disordered bottles are placed into unscrambling plate by bottle elevator and transferred upstanding to unscrambling part by conveyor, so that the bottles can be vertically transmitted to the user's conveyor belt.With compact structure, simple principle, mature technology, stable and reliable movements, this model has been widely used in automated bottle production lines in various industries.

5. Applicable Bottle Size
Widely used in agrochemical, veterinary, fine chemical, daily chemical, fertilizer, oil and other industries 50-1000ml bottles automatic bottle unscrambler.

6. Process Flows
1 Bottle loading(bottles pass through the bottle loading machine into the bottle unscramble carousel)
2 Bottle delivery (a circular turntable feeds bottles to the bottle handling station,which can be used for different bottle diameters by increasing or decreasing the belt in the turntable)
3 Kick the bottle (reject the overlapping bottles to facilitate bottle sorting)
4 Hook the bottle (use the bottle hook device to stand the bottle hook upright with the bottle mouth facing forward)
5 Standing bottles (Bottle bottom facing forward to stand up the bottle with the bottle standing mechanism)
6 Bottle Feeding out (the upright bottle is conveyed to the filling station through the conveyor belt)
7 Rejecting the inverted bottles (detecting whether there are inverted bottles through photo-electricity,the mechanical inverting device automatically rejects the bottles into the upper bottle hopper)
7. Advantage
7.1. Compact structure, small footprint, simple operation and quick completion.
7.2. When changing different bottle size, you do not need to change anything, you only need to change the belt in the bottle hopper and adjust the space of the unscrambling structure. And it is applied to 50-1000ml bottle.
7.3. Fast switching: Replacement of specifications without replacing any molds, turntable iris self-adjusting structure, no need to replace the belt directly adjusted in place; through the shortcut handle structure, adjustment is faster, more accurate and more efficient.
7.4. Automatic Bottle-feeding Function: The automatic bottle-feeding function only needs to pour the bottle into the bottle elevator, and the turntable is equipped with detection photo-electricity, so as to realize the automatic bottle-feeding when the bottle is insufficient, stop the bottle-feeding when the bottle is enough, when there is no bottles in the bottle elevator, it alarms automatically without manual intervention.
7.5. With harmonization of photoelectric: When the back-channel conveyor belt bottle congestion, pause the bottle; when the back-channel conveyor belt is smooth, again bottle, to achieve the perfect connection with the back-channel packaging equipment, can realize the whole machine unmanned operation.
7.6. Depending on the situation, it can be equipped with a blowing or mechanical bottle rejection device: when there is a bottle inverted, the rejection device automatically kicks the inverted bottle back into the collection hopper.( This function is optional )
