1.Introduction
DGD-280AJ fully automatic horizontal bagging machine is a newly developed online weighing bagging machine developed by our company. Under the programmable control of PLC, the functions of bag taking → bag opening → inspection → filling 1 → pre-weighing → filling 2 → sealing → finished product are realized.
This machine adopts an arc-shaped frame and is equipped with a complete dust removal system. It is suitable for the packaging production of various types of premade bag products.

5.Advantage
5.1 Clearance/cleaning is convenient and fast
5.2 The front mechanism of the main unit can be rinsed directly with water, and then blown dry with air.
5.3The equipment components adopt a quick-release design, the filling hopper adopts an open-door design, and the unloading screw and screw sleeve can be disassembled as a whole for easy cleaning and switching.
5.4 Easy maintenance: The flip-up ironing block structure facilitates maintenance and cleaning.

5.6 There is a trapezoidal water tank at the bottom of the whole machine, and the water outlet is connected to the sewage pipe, making cleaning and drainage more convenient.
5.7 All parts and structures are designed in accordance with high standards. There are no dead corners during installation and use, and they are easy to clean. The bag size adjustment part has a graduated ruler, which is convenient and quick.
5.8 Less dust
Effective isolation of dust: Overall sealed frame, glass door cover + dust isolation cover (dust isolation is used from the bag opening station to the sealing station to control dust in the filling area); at the same time, a high-power dust collector is optional to reduce the amount of dust.
5.9 Optional:A variety of leak-proof devices can be selected according to material characteristics to ensure no powder leakage..
5.10 Mechanical bag opening:No bag opening, no filling, no heat sealing, the bag can be reused and no material is wasted. Do not cut materials to avoid the generation of a large amount of dust.
5.11 Dust removal with dust bag:When sealing, a bag dust removal mechanism is used to remove dust from the bag mouth and ensure the sealing effect.
5.12 Material blanking mechanism:During filling, the air in the material can be discharged, so that the material can be effectively filled to the bottom of the bag to ensure the bagging rate of the material.
5.13 High precision:The servo motor controls the cutting accuracy, and screws of different specifications are selected according to the customer's material characteristics and production specifications to ensure accuracy.
5.14 Stable operation
It adopts Spanish internal cam technology driven by servo motor to drive the connecting rod, which does not cause position shifting and has higher operating accuracy. The main shaft can be stopped during filling. Compared with other counterparts, it adopts an external cam design, which is easy to move over a long period of time, has poor accuracy and is unstable.
5.15 It comes with a vacuum pump to reduce the impact of external air pressure fluctuations on bag loading and bag opening.
