Introduction
FXJ-1 automatic capping machine adopts the design of vibrating cap sorting and hook type cap supply. The cap is inserted into the capping head first and then screw the cap, in this way to ensure the qualification rate of capping.By replacing different capping devices, various forms of plastic threaded cap, aluminum cap and press-in cap can be screwed.It has flexible replacement in design, simple operation, and can finish the sealing operation of different containers in a short time.It can be used alone or in-line production. It is suitable for automatic capping operation of general chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and cleaning products.

It is widely used in automatic capping of 50-1000L bottle in pesticide, fine chemical, daily chemical, fertilizer, oil and other industries
1. High pass rate:
The torque is adjustable, and the capping head adopts the three grip design to ensure that the cap will not be damaged in the process of screwing
2 .Wide versatility:Replacing different star wheel discs can realize the universal use of round and square bottles.
3. Advanced intelligent system, automatic shutdown when there is no bottle and start when there is a bottle.
4 .The vibration cap sorter is used to sort the cap. It is equipped with a cap inspection sensor. it will automatically shut down and give an alarm when there is no cap.
5. The transmission part is equipped with a clutch mechanism. In case of bottle jam or spindle torque overload, it will automatically clutch and stop the machine.
6. The bottle outlet is equipped with a bottle outlet hook cylinder (lower right figure) to ensure smoothness and stability during operation.
