The whole machine is of in-line structure, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, human-machine interface, and the whole machine is easy to operate. The whole machine adopts arc frame, which is beautiful and generous. High precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system is selected to make dose adjustment more convenient and quick.

1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 80-1000ml in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.

 

 

2. The filling unit uses piston off structure, it can completely discharge the material in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring change easier.

 

3. The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.

4. Filling system uses ESG integral casting pneumatic controlled three-way angle valve, the valve material is SUS316, The three-way valve has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, reliable sealing, no product leakage for a long time, saving maintenance costs. German industrial standard DIN EN 12266 Class A leak-proof, Good Sealing to ensure accuracy.

 

 

 

5. PLC control, synchronous belt driven by the servo motor plus stable operated double screw rod lifting structure make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.

6. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.

 

7. Casting SUS316 filling heads can be used for a long time.

 

8. The machine uses Schneider central control system, which is stable, safe, green and low consumption of energy.

 

9. Filling machine tank bottom is circular arc design, to ensure clean discharge of products, no dead angle and no accumulation of material.

10. Electric scale weight feedback system, volume adjusting can be done by pressing one key in the touch screen. (Optional function)
 

11. Sanitary pipe and quick connection pipe, easy to adjust, disassemble and clean
 

12. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
