Whole machine is of in-line structure, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. High precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system is selected to make dose adjustment more convenient and quick.

Features:

German industrial standard DIN EN 12266 Class A leak-proof, Good Sealing to ensure accuracy.
5. It uses high standard professional filling valve with fast filling speed and high filling accuracy. The valve body uses SUS316, with good corrosion resistance, durability and long service life. The special bottom structure and sealing design can achieve no leakage. Filling valve adopts bottom-sealing structure to avoid residue in connection thread and valve sealing part, which is easy for cleaning and can effectively reduce residue. 
6. Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling.

7. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.

8. Filling head quick adjustment and equipped with calibration mark, adjustment without tools, convenient and fast. Air pipe and photoelectric are label with name, which is convenient maintenance and repair.
