DXD-180D Fully Automatic Horizontal Roll Film Bagging Machine
1.Introduction
The equipment includes motor film releasing, bag forming, bag bottom sealing, middle sealing, vertical sealing, servo bag pulling, shearing, bag opening and filling, bag transfer, bag top sealing and other mechanisms. The motor drives each cam on the main shaft to complete the coordinated actions of each mechanism, and the encoder on the main shaft feeds back the position signal. Under the programmable control of the PLC, the film roll → bag forming → bag making → filling → sealing → finished product transportation is realized The function realizes the fully automated production of roll film bags.
The machine has a reasonable design and a novel appearance. It adopts standard stripe sealing. By replacing the filling machine, the machine can automatically fill various materials such as powder, granules, suspending agents, emulsifiable concentrates, and aqueous agents. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good anti-corrosion effect on highly corrosive materials. Plexiglas outer cover prevents dust leakage and is more environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
