CCG5000-6D Automatic Piston Filling Machine
1. Introduction
CCG5000-6D Automatic Piston Filling Machine is suitable for the packaging of various water agents and high viscosity products. Whole machine is of in-line structure, driven by servo motor and volume metering filling principle, which realizes high precision of filling dosage. It adopts PLC control, human-machine interface, and the whole machine is easy to operate.

5. Working Process
Before filling
1 Bottle in counting (Automatically inspecting quantity of bottles).
2 Bottle out block (Block out to position packing material).
3 Bottle in block (Block out to stop bottle in).
4 Bottle block (Bottle block is out to block the neck of bottle).
Filling
5 Diving filling (Motor diving Nozzle dives to the bottom of bottles to fill).
6 Raise after finishing (Nozzle raises after material to the end).
After filling
7 Back to starting (After finishing, nozzle is back to starting.
8 Bottle out block (Bottle out block is back and finished products. Is conveyed to next position).
9 Bottle in block (Bottle in block is back, empty packing material is conveyed to filling position).
10 Back and forth to finish filling.

6. Advantage
6.1 It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1-5L agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
6.2 Jinwang uses PLC control, servo motor drives the synchronous belt+stable operated double screw rod lifting structure to make sure the high precision of piston movement and filling. At present, top foreign packaging manufacturers all adopt this structure. Compared to similar products on the market, using a regular motor+encoder and chain transmission structure. After a long time of use, the chain has tensile properties, affecting filling accuracy and equipment stability.
6.3 The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.
6.4 Casting SUS316 filling heads which can be used for a long time. PTFE with good anti-corrosive properties is suitable for corrosive materials.
6.5. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
6.6. The machine uses France Schneider components, central control system which is stable, safe, green and low consumption of energy.
6.7. The filling machine does not fill when there is a shortage of bottles. At the same time, the filling machine is equipped with coordinated photoelectric devices on the back side. When the bottle is blocked due to poor bottle output, it automatically pauses the bottle output and achieves linkage function with the rear equipment.
