Introduction

FXG-1H automatic follow-up capping machine is composed of cap sorting mechanism, capping mechanism, motion module, conveying mechanism and control system.
The whole machine has simple structure and convenient adjustment.The equipment is the latest developed by our company. During the movement of the bottles, the capping action is completed. Compare with the normal capping machine, normal capping machine needs to stop when capping, which will shake the liquid out of the bottle mouth and pollute the bottle body. The follow type capping machine does not stop, which effectively avoids the shaking and keeps the bottle clean.

Process Flow

 

1. Cap sorting (rotary table type cap sorting, front cap goes into cap falling groove, reversed cap will be kicked back to cap sorter)
2. Bottle feeding (before entering the capping part, use the belt to clamp the bottle and feed the bottle separately)
3. Grasp the cap (grasp the cap with a three claw gripper to prepare to rotate the cap)
4. Capping (the bottle does not stop, and the gripper performs capping while following the bottle)
5. Bottle out (after capping, the bottle out of the equipment)

It is widely used in automatic capping of 5-30L bottles in pesticide, fine chemical industry, daily chemical industry, fertilizer, oil and other industries.

1 .Save labor:
The follow-up capping process does not stop, shake liquid, pollute the bottle mouth, bottle body and conveyor belt, and ensure the qualified rate of aluminum foil sealing.





2.It adopts the following capping mode controlled by the imported motion module controller, which has stable operation, high precision and high production capacity.


3. The bottle separation belt controlled by servo motor makes the positioning of the barrel more accurate and ensures a high qualified rate of capping.

4. No wearing parts:
The specification replacement only needs to replace the capping head, and the replacement can be completed in 2 minutes.

5.Machine adjustment is quick and specification switching can be completed in 15 minutes:
The normal capping machine needs at least 0.5-1 hour to adjust the specification. For our capping machine, The electrical adjustment is completed with one key and can be set directly in the touch screen.
