CZ-6B Scale Fixed-quantity Filling Machine
1.Introduction
CZ-6B Automatic Weight Filling Machine is making up of the linear scale (with roller), chain-driven drum in and out structure, fast and slow filling (with dive function), material tank, weight control meter and PLC control unit. This filling machine can do the auto filling of different materials (with or without foam).

It is widely used for the automatic weighing filling from 5-30L in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.
6.Working Process
Before Filling
Bottle Counting (empty bottle quantity auto inspection).
Bottle Locking (fix the bottle position).
Filling
Filling by weight (auto tare, fast & slow speed weight filling).
Dive (motor diving, filling nozzle goes to the bottom and start filling).
Going up after filling (filling nozzle goes up with the liquid till the filling complete).
After Filling
Go to original (filling heads reset to its original position after filling).
Bottle locking withdraws (locking withdraws, filled bottles going to next station)
Cycling filling.
7.Advantages
7.1. High Precision: Adopts weight filling system (American METTLER TOLEDO weighing sensor and control meter) ensures that the high filling precision. Unique ball-to-go drums conveying method ensures smooth drum-out conveying after filling.
7.2. The machine uses fast & slow filling valve, diving filling heads do under level filling which can avoid the foaming problem when filling.
7.3. The control system uses France Schneider, the integrated control system is more stable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
7.4. Liquid tray that controlled by individual cylinders is installed under the filling nozzles. The external placed PTFE plugs can make sure the drops will not leak out of the bottle after the filling head is closed.
7.5. The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment and easy for cleaning. The sealing material of scale and product contact parts is fluorine rubber.
7.6. The machine has a material tank, equipped with level detection system, automatic coordination of feeding.
