CCG5000-8TS Automatic Piston Filling Machine
1. Introduction
CCG5000-68TH Automatic Piston Filling Machine is suitable for all kinds of water, emulsion, oil suspension, suspension agent and high viscosity materials packaging.
The whole machine is in-line structure, driven by servo motor, volumetric metering filling principle, to achieve high precision filling dosage. PLC control, touch man-machine interface, the whole machine operation is convenient and intuitive. The whole machine adopts arc frame, which is both beautiful and generous.

5. Working Process
Before filling
1 Bottle in counting (Automatically inspecting quantity of bottles).
2 Bottle out block (Block out to position packing material).
3 Bottle in block (Block out to stop bottle in).
4 Bottle block (Bottle block is out to block the neck of bottle).
Filling
5 Diving filling (Motor diving Nozzle dives to the bottom of bottles to fill).
6 Raise after finishing (Nozzle raises after material to the end).
After filling
7 Back to starting (After finishing, nozzle is back to starting.
8 Bottle out block (Bottle out block is back and finished products. Is conveyed to next position).
9 Bottle in block (Bottle in block is back, empty packing material is conveyed to filling position).
10 Back and forth to finish filling.

6. Advantage
6.1. It is widely used for the automatic filling from 1-5L in agrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, personal care products, oil and other related industries.

6.2. The filling unit uses piston off structure, touches screen complete with one click, it can completely discharge the product in the tank, effectively avoid the cross-contamination. This structure also makes the sealing ring changing easier.
6.3. Jinwang adopts PLC programming control, servo motor driving synchronous belt + stable transmission double screw lifting mechanism, ensuring high precision of piston movement stroke and realizing accurate filling. The timing belt adopts embedded metal steel wire, which will not break.
At present, foreign first-class packaging manufacturers are using this structure. Compared with similar products on the market, ordinary motor + encoder is adopted, and after a long time of use of the chain transmission structure, the chain has tensile property, which affects the filling accuracy and equipment stability.
6.4. The motor drives the filling nozzles. Filling nozzle height can be adjusted in the touch screen.
6.5. The latest PTFE sealing parts improves the wear resistance and service life, reducing the maintenance cost.
6.6. Adopt the filling head of integral casting, good shape and longer service life. Use PTFE hose with good corrosion resistance, suitable for strong corrosive materials.
6.7 The whole machine uses the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment. Meanwhile, dimension Φ120mm exhaust outlet reserved on the top of the filling lancers which connected to the induced draught system for exhausting gas.
6.8 The whole machine electric control system adopts French Schneider configuration, integrated electric control system, more stable, reliable, safe, green and low energy consumption.
6.9 The filling machine does not fill when there is a shortage of bottles. At the same time, the filling machine is equipped with coordinated photoelectric devices on the back side. When the bottle is blocked due to poor bottle output, it automatically pauses the bottle output and achieves linkage function with the rear equipment.
